Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights in anyway.
Orders are accepted with the rights of the consumer to cancel within
7 working days following receipt of the goods. This must be in writing

ChickenWired ensure that all products supplied are ex factory
and in the condition presented by the manufacturer for resale.
The term condition applies to new items in original packaging,
presentation and finish.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to establish to their
own satisfaction the choice of T-shirt or print to be purchased
and once ordered and shipped exchanges can only be made subject
to a restocking charge which will include any additional postage
and packaging cost incurred.
ChickenWired reserves the right to decline any order without providing
an explanation.
Making a purchase
All products can be purchased either via our secure on line shop
using credit / debit card payment facility.
Or
By phone or fax with payment by cheque or postal order.
No goods will be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Back orders will be charged but will be credited immediately upon
request.
Commissions
All commissions are priced on an individual basis. Payment once
price agreed will be 50% on agreement, 50% on completion. Delivery
costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Providing the T-shirt or print ordered is in stock despatch will
be within three working days from receipt of order.
Despatch will be via a carrier of our choice unless specific written
instructions are received and any additional charges for non standard
despatch have been agreed prior to shipment.
Shipping costs for all UK Address (except Highlands and Islands
for which additional costs will apply) is included in the purchase
price.
Shipping costs for all non UK address and UK postal codes
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26,
PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, NI, I OF MAN , BT, IM & TR21-25
will be £10.00 for T-shirt, £10.00
print.
Where incorrect or damaged goods in transit are deemed to be our
responsibility, return by prior arrangement should be made by
the customer within 7 days of receipt. Incurred postage will
be refunded if requested.
Goods not signed for, goods left at premises by request or instruction
which is lost or stolen or damaged is the responsibility of the
customer.
Returns
Goods being returned for credit or replacement should only be despatched
by prior arrangement.
ChickenWired accepts no responsibility for any goods lost or damaged
in transit and we would strongly advise that insurance cover is
taken to protect goods in transit.
ChickenWired reserves the right to charge a 10% handling charge
on all returned goods to cover administration costs.
Privacy Policy
ChickenWired fully respects the privacy of its customers and does
not pass on any personal details to third parties .We do retain
details for our own internal use but only with customers permission
.Any concerns regarding this subject should be notified to our
customer services department.

Pricing Policy
All prices are in £ sterling and priced to include standard
postage and packaging for UK shipment with the exception of certain
postal codes.
Prices are subject to change due to taxation or supplier price
changes .In the event of a price rise occurring between ordering
and despatch we will contact you to check that you still wish to
continue at the revised price .If a price is reduced you will be
